First meeting with the Syrian medical diaspora and all interested health professionals on 12 February 2025 in Berlin.
The German government supports new German-Syrian hospital partnerships in which medical professionals from both countries work together on the reconstruction and continued development of the Syrian healthcare system.
On 12 February, we invite Syrian and German health professionals (doctors, therapists and the like) working in the German health system, as well as hospital representatives and aid organisations that would like to participate in the design of German-Syrian hospital partnerships, to a conference in Berlin.
Federal Development Minister Svenja Schulze will enter into dialogue with the participants on site.
