Global Health Talk: in Berlin and online
The "Global Health Hub Germany" (GHHG) invites you to its 4th "Global Health Talk" on the 5th and 6th of July 2022. This year's event will take place at the Umweltforum Berlin (Pufendorfstraße 11, 10249 Berlin) and online.
On the 5th of July from 10 am to 7 pm, interested persons can participate in panel discussions on climate and global health as part of the German G7 Presidency. The planned panels will be chaired by leading experts in these fields as well as high-ranking representatives of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Participation, both on-site in Berlin and online, is open to everyone on this day.
On 6 July from 9 am to 2.30 pm, the "Community Day" will take place at the Umweltforum Berlin (on site only). This day is exclusively for members of the GHHG. Participants will have the opportunity to network, engage and develop solutions on topics such as tropical diseases, global child health, climate change and health and many more. The discussion groups are led and organized by the members themselves.
The GHHG was founded to provide a diverse network platform for actors from 8 different sectors on global health issues. Members can benefit from the Hub's access to policy to improve health for all. Free Hub membership is open to all individuals and organizations working in the field of global health who want to get involved. More information on the membership can be found on the GHHG website.
